Glitterblix Shipping Policy

At Glitterblix, we want your sparkly new treasures to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Here’s all you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time: The vast majority of orders will fall within our 48-hour shipping window, so most orders arrive within 3 working days. This gives us a day to print the item, and 2 days for our postage partner to get it to you!

Please note that we are closed and unable to send items between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Once an order gets dispatched, a notification will be sent to you. The majority of orders are sent without shipping tracking information, however in some cases, if the order is tracked then the information will be added to the order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free for orders over £50, or a flat rate of £4.95.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for a flat rate of $10.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship only to the UK.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to keep an eye on your package as it makes its journey to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages: We do our best to ensure every package arrives safely, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@glitterblix.com and we’ll assist you in locating it or arranging a replacement.

Returns & Issues: If you have any issues with your order, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your package. We’re here to help make things right! In the rare case that your order needs to be returned (for example if it’s faulty or damaged), you (the customer) who received the order must arrange the postage back to us. We will assess returns on a case-by-case basis to determine whether we will refund the return postage costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
