Why do some items take longer than others?
In addition to offering hundreds of unique Glitterblix designs, we take pride in providing a diverse selection of t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, and more, styles that are often harder to find on the high street or through other online retailers. These items are sourced to order from our trusted suppliers, so they may take a little longer to dispatch. For estimated delivery times, please check your order confirmation email or our Shipping page. By not holding stock of these items, we’re able to offer hundreds of designs on Glitterblix.com.
I’ve not received a confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folders for any automated emails that may have been redirected incorrectly. If you think you may have entered your email address incorrectly then please get in touch with us on support@glitterblix.com so we can amend this for you.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer order collection services from our premises.
When is payment taken?
Payment is processed at the checkout stage. We accept through either PayPal or via credit/debit card through the secure Stripe payments portal.
The address on my order is incorrect?
It is your responsibility to provide correct address details. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at support@glitterblix.com or through the Contact Us page. We can then amend any errors before your order is sent.
If your order has been sent out with incorrect details then, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries. If your order is returned to us as a return to sender or failed delivery then we will be in touch to arrange a re-delivery with a re-dispatch charge.
How can I track my order?
Once an order gets dispatched, a notification will be sent to you. The majority of orders are sent without shipping tracking information, however in some cases, if the order is tracked then the information will be added to the order.

What printing method do you use?
We’re proud to use top-of-the-line printers provided by companies like Brother and Mimaki.
We use water-based ink for our screen-printing process. Water-based ink is an eco-friendly alternative to the toxic chemicals in PVC ink. It’s safer for your consumers and the Earth.

We work with loads of great artists and believe we have a mutually beneficial and transparent agreement in place to allow you to retain copyright of your artwork whilst earning royalties. If you’re interested in a partnership with Glitterblix.com then please get in touch with some examples of your work and we’ll happily chat with you. Ideally we’d like original designs that don’t rely heavily on slogans in a 600dpi, high quality PNG format to give us an idea of how the finished product will look.
